Kayongo is an advocate for Physical Fitness and Wellness.
The retired football player is currently the Finance Manager of Ndejje University.

He holds a Masters’ degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance and Accounting from Makerere University, Hons BSC degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brooks University, UK, Hons BBA Accounting degree from Ndejje University and Certified Risk Manager (CRA). He is a Chartered Accountant holding an ACCA qualification.
His track record in management transcends financial matters to the sports profession, where he has attained numerous achievements.

Kayongo introduced the Woodball sport in Africa in 2006. He currently serves as Uganda Woodball Federation President (UWbF), and the International Woodball Federation (IWbF) Vice President respectively.
He has vast experience in managing University Sports and national teams.
